The Brief of the Official Crash Report
After months of painstaking research and writing numerous letters, Patsifan Chantel has at last located a portion of the official crash report from the NTSB called the "brief." The brief is just a basic overview of the crash report. The report would be several pages long and contain witness statements, photos, details about the weather, the pilot, the passengers, and the full investigation. Her previous inquiries had received only adamant responses that these records no longer existed. The FAA told her that it doesn't keep records beyond 10 years, yet after years of denial, here is the brief (click on thumbnail to view).

The discovery of this accident brief is amazing, and on behalf of all the other Patsifans, I thank you for sharing this with us, Chantel. You have displayed true Patsy-style, dogged determination!
